I have a story

First of all, I know I have promised pictures of British Columbia and they are coming...sometime hopefully soon - my life will be changing for the better in the near future allowing more time for me. (I'll share that in a new blog later this week)

So for the silly story that made my sister and I laugh so hard that we caused a terrible scene at California Pizza Kitchen last night. It was my sister, mom, grandparent Williams and I all having dinner together last night in Newport Beach over at Fashion Island. (By the way, I have officially decided I am a beach bum. Love the beach) We were pretty much done with dinner and waiting for the check. My sister and I were checking eachother's teeth making sure we didn't have food stuck in them. Now try to picture this in your heads. I am sitting there looking at my sister giving her a big cheesy smile so she can check for food. Unfortunately she finds a little so I'm trying to fix that and I decide that I should get another swish of water to help. I whip my head around mouth wide open to take a sip of my water when I see an long tan forearm right there in front of my mouth. I quickly pull my head back in shock. The waiter quietly tried to avoid my mouth. I didn't realize he was there clearing the table. He was reaching over to take our plates when I decided to almost take a bit of his arm. I was mortified at first I couldn't even look at him then a few minutes later after he left (arm in tact) my sister and I started laughing so hard. We couldn't believe what perfect timing that was, I'm just glad I didn't actually get his arm that would have been awful. I was just thinking...I have been reading the last book of the Twilight series do you think... Just kidding bad joke. ;) Although I am loving this series. Haven't finished book 4 yet. It's sort of taking longer than usual because Eric and I are reading it together so available time is limited.

I do have some other pictures to share. I took up a new sport lately. I have started golfing. I actually like it a lot, but it's harder than it looks and can be a little frustrating. Although when the swing is good and the ball sails it's all worth it.

I also went to a professional soccer game recently and the circus. Both something I have never done. It was lots of fun. We also went to a Dodger game on Mormon night and Elder Tom L. Perry threw the opening pitch. It was fun to see him even though he was just a spec because we were in the right field area. I did see him on the jumbo cam though. Then earlier this month Eric and I went on a bike ride at Santa Monica beach. It was lots of fun. We started "Breaking Dawn" that day and took a long ride. (our bums were a little sore after wards)It's been a fun month or two.
